Qualifications & Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
Experience:
- Freshers: Internship(s) or relevant projects; strong academic records.
- Experienced: 3–10+ years depending on level—e.g., 5–8 years for Project Engineer.
- Certifications: PMP, PMI-PBA, NEBOSH, IOSH, or Safety/Site-specific are advantageous.
- TechnicalSkills: Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD/Revit (for BIM roles), and quantity surveying tools.
- Language: Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
- Personal Traits: Team player, high integrity, proactive problem-solving, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
