Qualifications and Requirements:
General eligibility criteria include:
Educational Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
- IT/Admin roles may require degrees in Computer Science, Business, or Human Resources.
Experience:
- Freshers can apply for intern or trainee roles.
- Most technical roles require 2–10+ years of relevant experience in shipyards, marine, or oil & gas sectors.
Certifications (Preferred):
- NEBOSH / IOSH for Safety roles
- Welding/BGAS/NACE/CSWIP for QA/QC
- PMP or Primavera for Project roles
Skills:
- Marine/Offshore experience
- Strong teamwork & safety commitment
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Salary and Benefits:
Salary Range:
- Entry-level: QAR 5,000 – 8,000/month
- Mid-level: QAR 10,000 – 20,000/month
- Senior Professionals: QAR 25,000 – 40,000+/month
