Qualifications & Requirements
Early-Career Roles:
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Commerce, HR, Quality, Supply Chain, Marketing).
- Entry-level experience encouraged; passion for sustainability and innovation.
Engineering / Field Roles:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Software Engineering.
- Technical background in equipment maintenance, instrumentation or software solutions. Previous service experience welcomed.
Project & Sales:
- Degree plus 3–10+ years of experience in project management or energy solutions sales. Proven track record essential.
Corporate & Support:
- Relevant qualification (HR, Finance, Quality, HSE) with applicable certification and experience.

- Project Manager: AED 217K–390K/year (~AED 18–32K/mo)
- Advisor/Sales Managers: AED 459K–637K/year (~AED 38–53K/mo)
- Technical Engineers: AED 230K–251K/year (~AED 19–21K/mo)
- Interns/Early-Career: AED 21K–23K/year (~AED 1.8–1.9K/mo)
