Qualifications and Requirements
KBR seeks professionals with a variety of educational backgrounds and experience levels. General requirements may include:
For Engineering & Technical Roles:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working in oil & gas, construction, or defense-related projects
- Familiarity with industry standards and project management tools
For HSE and Operational Roles:
- NEBOSH/IOSH certification or equivalent
- Understanding of safety protocols and risk assessments
- Experience in construction, industrial or defense environments
For Support and Admin Roles:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or relevant field
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
General Skills Required:
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in diverse, multicultural environments
- Valid Qatari work visa or eligibility to work in Qatar (some roles may provide sponsorship)
