Key Responsibilities (General)
- Front Office & Guest Services
- Welcome and check-in/check-out guests efficiently

- Maintain hygiene standards and follow food safety protocols
- Support kitchen and bar operations
Housekeeping
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas

- Report damages or maintenance issues
Admin / HR / Sales
- Manage office support tasks and customer queries
- Handle HR documentation and recruitment support

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Degree for some roles)
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus
- Freshers are welcome for entry-level positions
- Good communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Presentable appearance and grooming standard
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
