Key Responsibilities (General Roles)
Engineering & Design:
- Prepare and review design drawings, calculations, and reports
- Ensure compliance with international codes and client specifications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Assist in on-site technical support during construction and commissioning
Project Management & Construction:
- Oversee project execution according to scope, cost, and timeline
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and suppliers
- Ensure safety standards are followed on-site
- Prepare progress reports and assist in project planning
HSE & QA/QC:
- Implement HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct site audits and safety training
- Perform inspections to ensure quality compliance
- Maintain documentation as per industry standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Diploma holders considered for technician-level roles
- Minimum 3–10 years of relevant industry experience
- GCC experience is a plus
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, ETAP, STAAD, etc.)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be willing to work on-site and relocate to Oman
- For HSE roles: NEBOSH / IOSH certifications are preferred
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: OMR 600 – OMR 4,000 / Month (Based on role and experience)
