Key Responsibilities (General Overview)
Responsibilities may vary by department and title:
- Provide excellent guest services aligned with Minor Hotel standards
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Handle restaurant orders, food preparation, and table service
- Ensure property maintenance, safety, and technical operations
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless guest experience
- Promote hotel services, amenities, and offers
- Comply with safety and operational procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Hospitality or related field
- Previous experience in 4- or 5-star hotels preferred (some entry roles open to freshers)
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
- Strong customer service mindset and grooming standards
- Willingness to relocate and work flexible hours/shifts
- UAE work experience and knowledge of Opera/Micros systems are a bonus
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: AED 3,000 to AED 20,000+ (based on experience and position)
