Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize oil and gas drilling and production operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Monitor production performance and propose improvement measures
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve operational targets
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment
- Manage reporting, documentation, and project deliverables
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and staff training
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Geoscience, or relevant field
- Industry certifications (IWCF, NEBOSH, OPITO, etc.) preferred for technical roles
- 2–10 years of oil & gas industry experience (freshers welcome for some entry-level roles)
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is an added advantage
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willingness to work offshore and in remote locations
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 40,000 per month (based on experience and position)
