  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • English fluency is mandatory; Arabic is beneficial.
  • For local positions, valid Kuwait residency (Iqama) may be required. For international hires, visa sponsorship may be offered.

  • Engineers & Technical Staff: KWD 1,500 – 3,500
  • Mid-level Managers: KWD 3,500 – 5,000
  • Senior Executives/Consultants: KWD 6,000+
