Key Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering tasks on-site or offshore.
- Conduct troubleshooting and technical reviews for plant and rig operations.
- Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors for project delivery.
- Produce technical documentation, performance reports, and test records.
- Supervise maintenance, installation, or commissioning activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Petroleum, etc.).
- 2–15+ years of experience in oil & gas or energy industry (depending on role).
- UAE equivalency certificate may be required for some roles.
- Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET, HUET, H2S, IWCF) for offshore positions.
- Familiarity with tools/software: AutoCAD, SAP, Primavera, DCS, SCADA, etc.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Physically fit for field or offshore work.
