Key Responsibilities
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:
- Manage and supervise project execution to ensure compliance with timelines and budget.
- Coordinate between teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensure adherence to HSE and QA/QC protocols.
- Oversee procurement, tendering, and vendor management.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and schedules.
- Provide technical expertise and support for on-site operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience (GCC experience preferred).
- Certification such as PMP, NEBOSH, or equivalent (role-dependent).
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera, and project management tools.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Valid Qatar ID & NOC (preferred for local applicants).
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: QAR 5,000 – QAR 25,000 (based on role and experience)
