Key Responsibilities:

Air Traffic Controller:

  • Conduct inspections of operators, aircraft, and training facilities
  • Ensure compliance with ICAO standards

  • Ensure regulatory compliance with international and UAE aviation law
  • Advise on legal risks and disputes related to air safety or airspace management

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation, Engineering, Law, Business, or relevant field
  • ICAO certifications (for technical and inspector roles)
  • 1–10 years of experience (role-dependent)
  • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Strong understanding of international aviation regulations and standards
  • Ability to work in a highly regulated and safety-first environment
  • UAE work eligibility (or valid work visa/sponsorship)

Salary & Benefits

  • Entry-Level/Admin AED 7,000 – AED 12,000
  • Technical Roles (Engineers) AED 15,000 – AED 25,000
  • Senior Inspectors/Controllers AED 25,000 – AED 40,000+
  • Legal/Advisory Positions AED 20,000 – AED 35,000
