Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Logistics:
- Manage delivery fleet logistics and route optimization
- Coordinate partnerships with local courier services
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Customer Service:
- Provide real-time support to users via chat, email, and phone
- Resolve order-related complaints with empathy and speed
- Maintain high satisfaction and feedback scores
Technology:
- Develop and maintain scalable web and app services

- Delivery Operations Associate £2,000 – £3,000
