Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with international maritime construction and safety standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during shipbuilding and repair processes
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Conduct risk assessments and implement HSE procedures
- Communicate with international vendors and clients for sourcing and logistics
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Maritime Studies, or related fields
- 1–10 years of experience (role-dependent)
- Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of shipbuilding, rig repair, or offshore oil & gas operations
- Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or marine design software (for engineers)
- Valid safety certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, HSE certs preferred for HSE roles)
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Must meet Saudi Arabia’s visa and work permit requirements
Salary and Benefits:
- Skilled Technicians SAR 4,000 – SAR 7,000
- Engineers SAR 8,000 – SAR 18,000
- Supervisors/Managers SAR 15,000 – SAR 30,000+
