Key Responsibilities (General)
For Medical Roles:
- Deliver patient care as per clinical protocols
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Perform clinical assessments and diagnostics

For Administrative Roles:
- Assist in day-to-day hospital operations

Qualifications and Requirements
Medical Staff:
- Valid DHA License or eligibility (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (e.g., Nursing, Medicine, Radiology)
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience
- Proficiency in English (Arabic/Farsi is a plus)
- Strong ethical and patient-centered care attitude
Non-Medical Staff:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in relevant field
- Proven experience in healthcare or hospital administration
- Good computer and communication skills
- Multilingual abilities preferred
Salary and Benefits
Role & Monthly Salary Range (AED)
- Registered Nurse 6,000 – 9,000 AED
- Specialist Doctor 18,000 – 30,000 AED
- Consultant 30,000 – 50,000+ AED
- Lab/Radiology Tech 5,000 – 8,000 AED
- Admin/HR Roles 4,000 – 10,000 AED
- Housekeeping/Security 2,000 – 3,500 AED
