Key Responsibilities
Operations & Logistics:
- Coordinate fuel deliveries and manage storage inventory
- Ensure terminal operations comply with safety and regulatory standards
- Handle dispatch schedules and monitor fleet movement
Sales & Business:
- Generate and maintain B2B client relationships
- Deliver sales presentations and promote fuel & lubricant products
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Technical / HSE:
- Conduct routine checks on equipment and infrastructure
- Enforce HSE policies and monitor workplace safety
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Administrative & Support:
- Handle HR documentation, payroll coordination, and office management
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain service records
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Logistics, or relevant fields.
- Experience: 1–5+ years (freshers considered for entry-level/support roles).
- Certifications:
- NEBOSH/IOSH for HSE roles
- UAE heavy vehicle license for driver roles
- ERP/SAP experience for admin roles is a plus
- Languages: English (mandatory), Arabic is an advantage.
- Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, safety awareness, teamwork.
Salary and Benefits
Position & Estimated Salary Range (AED/month)
- Terminal Supervisor 10,000 – 15,000 AED
- Sales/Marketing Executive 8,000 – 12,000 AED
- HSE Officer 7,000 – 11,000 AED
- Maintenance Technician 4,000 – 7,000 AED
- Fuel Attendant / Driver 2,500 – 5,000 AED
- Finance/Admin/HR Roles 6,000 – 12,000 AED
