Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, presentable, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. As a receptionist at Expert Advice, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment while managing administrative and communication tasks at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information to clients and visitors.
- Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and staff schedules.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with administrative support tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling emails.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude and problem-solving skills.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,500 (based on experience)
