Job Overview
Bright Generation is seeking vigilant and disciplined Security Guards to protect premises, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidates will be responsible for monitoring security systems, conducting patrols, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This position requires alertness, integrity, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via patrols and security equipment.
- Control access to buildings and check identification as required.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Ensure safety compliance and report any suspicious activities.
- Maintain daily activity logs and prepare incident reports.
- Assist in emergency situations such as evacuations or medical incidents.
- Provide customer service and guidance to visitors when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a security guard or in a related role preferred.
- SIRA/PSBD certification is an advantage.
- Good physical fitness and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
