Key Responsibilities

• Organize, format, and submit tender and pre-qualification documents in a timely and compliant manner.
• Develop and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems with structured document indexing for easy retrieval.
• Manage version control, numbering systems, and document revision tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams—such as procurement, technical, and estimating departments—to gather relevant documentation.
• Monitor document status and distribution, including confirmation of receipt from clients or stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to client specifications and compliance with ISO or regulatory standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive documents.
• Log and report documentation metrics such as submission dates, version changes, and pending actions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control or tender coordination—preferably in contracting, trading, or logistics sectors.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and systematic approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and document management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with bid compliance requirements and version-control practices.
