Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Create innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Space Planning: Develop detailed floor plans, layouts, and 3D visualizations to optimize space utilization.
• Material Selection: Recommend and source appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Project Management: Oversee the implementation of design concepts, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials and services.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections to ensure design specifications are met and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, preferably within the UAE market.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on design aesthetics while considering functionality and client requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address design challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

• Language: Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
• Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is advantageous.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects is required.
