Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate a team of stewards to maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and service areas.
• Hygiene & Safety Compliance: Ensure all kitchen and service areas adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Waste Management: Implement and oversee effective waste management practices to minimize waste and ensure proper disposal.
• Training & Development: Train and guide team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and efficient work practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a stewarding supervisory role within catering, hospitality, or food service operations.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene, cleaning procedures, and food safety regulations as per UAE standards.
• Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Multitasking: Ability to work under pressure and manage a multi-cultural team effectively.
• Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
