IQ Nursery is seeking a Part-Time HR Assistant to support its Human Resources operations in Abu Dhabi. The role is ideal for individuals with organizational skills and a passion for people management in an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
- Support onboarding procedures for new staff members.
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Provide administrative support for HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
- Handle employee inquiries with confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Prior HR or administrative experience is an advantage.
