Green Solutions Projects Development LLC is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support its supply chain and operational activities in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the smooth functioning of logistics and project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating transportation, shipping, and delivery of materials and products.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
- Support procurement and supply chain processes by liaising with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in stock replenishment when required.
- Prepare reports on logistics activities and ensure timely communication with management.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure materials and resources are available on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards during storage and transportation.
- Provide general administrative support to the logistics department.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
