Primary Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Develop job postings, manage applicant tracking, and conduct screening to fill roles across operations, maintenance, and facilities.
- Onboarding & Training: Design and facilitate onboarding programs, ensuring new hires understand company policies, safety protocols, and role-specific expectations.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the HR point of contact for staff concerns, facilitate conflict resolution, and ensure adherence to company standards and UAE labor regulations.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HRIS systems, oversee leave and attendance tracking, and prepare reports on workforce metrics.
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist with payroll coordination, benefits enrollment, and performance appraisal cycles.
- Policy Development & Compliance: Support HR policy updates in line with UAE labor law and enforce workplace policies uniformly across sites.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR generalist or specialist, ideally within construction, contracting, or facilities services.
- Deep familiarity with UAE labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
