Elaash Beauty Ladies Salon is looking for an experienced and dynamic Beauty Salon Manager to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will oversee staff, manage appointments, maintain high-quality standards, and drive business growth while creating a welcoming and luxurious experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service
- Lead, train, and supervise beauty professionals, reception staff, and support team
- Oversee scheduling, appointments, and customer inquiries
- Develop strategies to attract new clients and retain loyal customers
- Monitor salon inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels
- Implement health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all salon areas
- Handle budgeting, financial reports, and business performance analysis
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to boost brand presence

Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Salon Management (preferred)
