Key Responsibilities:

Accommodation Management:

  • Supervise the daily operations of staff accommodations, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and compliant with health and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
  • Manage room allocations and occupancy levels based on company policies and resident needs.

Resident Relations:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their concerns, requests, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Foster a positive living environment by organizing activities and events that enhance community engagement and resident satisfaction.

Maintenance and Housekeeping:

  • Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues and adherence to cleanliness standards.
  • Schedule and supervise routine and preventive maintenance tasks to prevent disruptions in accommodation services.

Health and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions for residents.
  • Implement and monitor emergency response procedures.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of occupancy, maintenance requests, and other relevant data.
  • Prepare and submit reports on accommodation status, incidents, and other key metrics for management review.
  • Manage budget and expenses related to accommodation facilities.

Staff Supervision:

  • Supervise and support accommodation staff, including maintenance workers, cleaners, and security personnel.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Accommodation Supervisor or in a similar facilities management role.
  • Strong understanding of accommodation management and facilities operations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications for reporting and record-keeping.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in facilities management or related fields are a plus.
