Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full sets of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and analysis for management review.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure timely submission of tax filings such as GST, corporate tax, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
• Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and payment processing.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies for financial audits and compliance matters.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with accounting standards.
• Support the preparation of payroll and related financial transactions.
• Assist in implementing internal controls and process improvements.
• Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support business operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the retail or beauty industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
