Far East Organization is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Engineering Executive to oversee and support engineering operations within the company’s diverse portfolio of properties. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operations of building facilities, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Assist in planning and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure optimal building performance.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance works and projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of building systems to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations in all engineering activities.
• Assist in the preparation and management of budgets for engineering operations and capital expenditures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the operations team for troubleshooting and resolving engineering-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and regulatory compliance documentation.
• Support sustainability initiatives by implementing energy-saving measures and green building practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business needs and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related field).
• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, property maintenance, or building services.
• Strong understanding of building systems, M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) operations, and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
• Proficiency in building management systems (BMS) and relevant engineering software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Certification in workplace safety and health (WSH) would be an advantage.
