Tele-centre Services Pte Ltd is looking for a skilled and dedicated IT Support Specialist to join its team in Singapore. IT Support Specialist jobs in Singapore, The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to internal teams, managing IT systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the overall smooth functioning of the company’s IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and network equipment.
  • Assist in the setup and deployment of new IT infrastructure and systems, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  • Conduct regular system backups, data recovery, and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Administer and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various platforms and systems.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of company hardware, software licenses, and network devices.
  • Assist in IT-related projects, including system upgrades, software installations, and security improvements.
  • Maintain documentation related to IT processes, issues, and resolutions.
  • Provide training and support to staff on IT best practices and usage of company systems and tools.
  • Respond to IT emergencies and ensure minimal downtime by providing quick and efficient solutions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting, networking, and IT systems management.
  • Experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and network administration.
  • Familiarity with IT security protocols and data protection best practices.
  • Good understanding of cloud computing, VoIP systems, and office productivity tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and a positive, can-do attitude.
