Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and network equipment.
- Assist in the setup and deployment of new IT infrastructure and systems, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Conduct regular system backups, data recovery, and ensure data integrity and security.
- Administer and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various platforms and systems.
- Ensure proper maintenance of company hardware, software licenses, and network devices.
- Assist in IT-related projects, including system upgrades, software installations, and security improvements.
- Maintain documentation related to IT processes, issues, and resolutions.
- Provide training and support to staff on IT best practices and usage of company systems and tools.
- Respond to IT emergencies and ensure minimal downtime by providing quick and efficient solutions.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting, networking, and IT systems management.
- Experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and network administration.
- Familiarity with IT security protocols and data protection best practices.
- Good understanding of cloud computing, VoIP systems, and office productivity tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve technical issues efficiently.
