Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the construction site, ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed entry.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, or any unauthorized activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, following company procedures.
• Report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security breaches to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a detailed log of daily activities, incidents, and security-related observations.
• Assist in the enforcement of site safety policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment, ensuring they are functioning properly.
• Provide assistance to visitors or employees when required, offering directions or other general information.
• Assist with emergency evacuations if required, ensuring the safety of personnel and visitors.
• Collaborate with the construction site management team to ensure overall site safety and security.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a security guard or in a similar role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of security protocols and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a demanding environment.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact with personnel and visitors professionally.
• Physical fitness to conduct regular site patrols and respond to emergency situations.
• Security certification or training would be an advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
