Key Responsibilities:

• Pack food items according to company guidelines and packaging standards.
• Ensure all food products are properly labeled with the correct information, including expiry dates and batch numbers.
• Inspect food items for quality control, ensuring they meet safety and hygiene standards.
• Follow food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the packaging area.
• Operate packing machinery and ensure they function efficiently and safely.
• Organize packed goods for storage and transportation.
• Assist in inventory management by keeping track of packed items and reporting shortages or issues.
• Work closely with the production and warehouse teams to meet daily packing targets.
• Follow workplace safety regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
• Participate in routine cleaning and maintenance of workstations and equipment.

Requirements:

• No formal education required; prior experience in food packing or a similar role is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically fit to perform tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
