Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale immersive projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and oversee their execution to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are achieved without compromising quality or timelines.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to company guidelines and client specifications.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the experiential entertainment, events, or related industries.
- Project Management Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
