Job Description:
SINGO SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking diligent and hardworking individuals to join their team as Hotel Kitchen Cleaners for the night shift. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in hotel kitchens.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including washing, sweeping, mopping, and polishing kitchen areas.
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, surfaces, serving ware, and dishware.
- Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash used dishes and kitchen utensils.
- Collect and remove trash from all areas of the operation and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards.
Requirements:
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Possession of personal safety boots.
- Willingness to handle both halal and non-halal items (gloves and uniform will be provided).
- Prior experience in kitchen cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
