Job Description:

• As a Waiter/Waitress at YY ONE RESTAURANT PTE. LTD., your primary responsibilities will include:
• Customer Service: Greet and guide customers to their seats, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Order Management: Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff.
• Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages efficiently, adhering to the restaurant’s service standards.
• Table Maintenance: Monitor and maintain cleanliness and tidiness of tables and dining areas throughout service.
• Payment Processing: Handle billing procedures accurately, including processing cash and card transactions.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about menu items, daily specials, and promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations to guests.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Complaint Resolution: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
