Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Class Teacher to join our dynamic teaching team at Qatar International School. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education, fostering a positive classroom environment, and inspiring young learners to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the British curriculum.
- Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and activities.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive behavior management strategy.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting, preferably within a British curriculum environment.
- Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
