Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at The Group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth payment processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cash transactions, including receiving payments, issuing receipts, and giving accurate change.
- Process sales using Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Handle credit/debit card transactions securely and follow company policies for cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
- Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts, ensuring accuracy in accounting records.
- Assist with price checks, inventory management, and stock replenishment when required.

Qualifications and Requirements:
