Job Description:
RITS QatarUAECroatia is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our organization in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s business goals.
- Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Manage cash flow, investment activities, and risk assessment processes.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead the finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and business operations.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Senior Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in Qatar or the GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
