Job Description:

Orange Wheels is seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B (Food & Beverage) Manager to oversee the operations of their in-house café and dining services. The F&B Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the café and F&B outlets
• Develop and implement service standards to ensure customer satisfaction
• Supervise and train F&B staff, including scheduling and performance management
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs to maintain profitability
• Collaborate with chefs to create attractive menus and promotional offers
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Analyze sales data to improve performance and manage budgets effectively

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a family entertainment or café setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management software
• Knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively
