Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at the Saeed Ahmed Lootah Charity Foundation Café in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee preparation and customer service, contributing to an exceptional café experience for all patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Beverage Preparation: Craft a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty concoctions, adhering to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and provide information on menu items, ensuring a personalized and pleasant experience.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate, clean, and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, dairy products, and other supplies, assisting in inventory ordering and restocking as needed.
