Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.
- Financial Advisory: Assess clients’ financial needs and provide tailored advice on suitable products such as loans, credit cards, and other financial services.
- Sales and Cross-Selling: Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and cross-selling the company’s financial products and services.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
