Job Overview:
As a Civil Site Engineer at Engineering House Company, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing on-site construction activities. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in strict accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision: Monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.
- Technical Guidance: Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, providing clear instructions to construction teams and addressing any technical issues that arise.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet established quality standards.
- Resource Management: Coordinate the procurement and allocation of materials, equipment, and labor to maintain project efficiency.
