Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Assist in creating conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and 3D models under the guidance of senior architects.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and interior designers, to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Site Visits: Participate in site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Documentation: Prepare and organize architectural documents, presentations, and reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Research: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices to incorporate into design solutions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internships or project experience in architecture is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with 3D rendering software such as 3ds Max or V-Ray is advantageous.
