Job Description:
Braavos Real Estate is seeking dynamic and self-motivated Female Property Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate, banking, or insurance, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities include conducting market analyses to estimate property values, staying updated with market trends, assisting buyers in making informed property purchases, determining clients’ needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable solutions, negotiating deals, consulting clients on market conditions and legal requirements, promoting property sales through various media and listing services, meeting with prospects and clients to offer real estate deals, and overseeing the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts.
Qualifications:
- Any nationality
- Age not exceeding 35 years
- Preferably with a background in real estate, banking, or insurance
- Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
- Driving license and car are advantageous
- RERA certification is an advantage
