Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the guest experience team, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Welcome and assist guests, addressing any requests or issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
- Coordinate with various departments (housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns with diplomacy, turning challenging situations into positive experiences.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a guest service or hospitality management role, preferably in a luxury or boutique hotel setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A passion for providing exceptional guest service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
