Position Overview:
Strawberry is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join their team as Customer Care Agents. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. Your responsibilities will include handling reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and providing information about the hotel’s services and amenities. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience and contributing to the hotel’s reputation for excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and special requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, room rates, and hotel policies.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to guest services as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems are advantageous.
