Job Description:
Best Food Logistics is looking for dependable and hard-working Warehouse Cleaners to help maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in our fast-paced food distribution warehouse in London. This role is essential to ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for food handling and logistics operations. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified international candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cleaning of warehouse floors, loading bays, storage areas, and common spaces
- Clean up spillages, debris, and other waste in accordance with food safety standards
- Use industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
- Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
- Ensure all areas meet strict hygiene and health & safety requirements
- Support the warehouse team in maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
Requirements:
- Prior experience in commercial or industrial cleaning (preferred but not essential)
- Basic understanding of health, hygiene, and safety standards
- Physically fit and capable of manual work, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
- Basic English communication skills
