Job Overview:
LPFT is currently seeking qualified and passionate Nursing Associates to join its dedicated healthcare teams. As a Nursing Associate, you will work collaboratively with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide safe, effective, and person-centred care across a variety of inpatient and community settings.
This position is open to international candidates and includes visa sponsorship for those meeting the UK’s Skilled Worker visa criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to service users under the supervision of registered nurses
- Monitor patient health, carry out routine observations, and escalate concerns
- Assist with medication administration, personal care, and therapeutic activities
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation
- Contribute to care planning and risk assessments
- Promote dignity, respect, and well-being of all patients
- Support service users with mental health, learning disability, or complex care needs
Requirements:
- Must be a qualified Nursing Associate (NMC registered or eligible for UK NMC registration)
- Experience in mental health, community care, or learning disability services is desirable
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused
- Must meet the eligibility for the UK Health and Care Worker visa
- Proficiency in English (IELTS/OET may be required for international applicants)
