Job Overview:
Grandir UK is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to join its dynamic Human Resources team. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, and recruitment support.
This position is open to international applicants and includes visa sponsorship, subject to eligibility and UK Home Office requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from managers and staff
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
- Support employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management
- Assist in the implementation of HR projects and change initiatives
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data compliance
- Support learning and development activities across the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar HR advisory role
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
