Job Description:
Bupa is seeking compassionate, hardworking, and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team across our care homes in the UK. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Support residents with daily activities, promoting independence and dignity.
- Assist with mealtimes, mobility, and medication support (after training).
- Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and wellbeing are followed.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training and development sessions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in care (elderly, disability, hospital, or home care) is preferred but not essential (full training provided).
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Eligibility to apply for a UK Skilled Worker Visa (including meeting English language requirements).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
