Job Description:
Selco Builders Warehouse is hiring reliable and professional Van Drivers to join our team across various locations in the UK. If you have a passion for driving, customer service, and logistics — and you’re seeking a career opportunity with visa sponsorship — this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver building materials, tools, and supplies to customers in a timely manner.
- Load and unload the van, ensuring products are secure and handled with care.
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery points, maintaining a professional and friendly manner.
- Perform daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
- Assist in the warehouse with stock movements and order preparations when required.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.
Requirements:
- A full UK driving licence (or eligible international licence convertible to a UK licence).
- Previous delivery driving experience is preferred but not essential (training provided).
- Good communication skills and a strong customer service attitude.
- Ability to handle physical work, including lifting and moving heavy goods.
- Basic English communication skills (reading, speaking, and writing).
- Eligibility to meet the requirements for the UK Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship.
